The Quay, East Looe

Teglios is directly above Botel on the quay. Coming into East Looe via Fore Street, follow the traffic lights and one-way system until the river is on your left. Continue for about 100 metres and look for Teglios on your right. Follow current road signs and access arrangements as you drive through the town.

1. The house entrance is at the rear of the property. Look for the blue door marked Teglios.
2. Just beyond that door, you will find the key box on the wall. Your door code will be provided 24 hours before arrival.
3. Inside the box is a single front-door key. Use it to open the door, then return this key to the box immediately, so a spare is always available.
4. Close the key box and scramble the combination wheels.
5. On the first-floor landing, collect the additional front-door key, the car park padlock key on a cork ball, and the parking pass.

Your first glass of wine

On the top floor, you will find a complimentary bottle of wine and the House Guest Book. The book explains how things work around the house. If you are stuck, give your host a call.

Departure checklist

Tick each item as you get ready to go.

• Pack and load your car, ready to leave by 12 noon.
• Make sure the car park gate is locked.
• Leave the additional house key, car park pass and car park key where you found them on the first-floor landing.
• Lock the front door.
• Check that the spare front-door key is back in the wall-mounted key box.
• Close the key box and scramble the combination.
